This is my homework turned painting. The assignment was to draw and label a kidney so I jumped at the chance to get my paints out again. I paint better than I draw anyway. I obviously don't have any free time lately and this had to be squished in to my study schedule so its not much but it was fun nonetheless. Its a bit bigger than most of my others but the picture isn't the best. Oh well I turned it in today so its gone. My professor wasn't quite as excited as I had hoped, but lets just chalk that up to professional composure... Its my Clinical Laboratory class and we've been studying the kidney and urinalysis.
And yes it is titled 'A Tribute to Urine'
