My blog's hopes and dreams

I've looked at a lot of painter's blogs (usually in free time between classes) and have wanted to start one myself for awhile.  I'm fully aware that I might be the only one that visits it, but that doesn't change anything.  Just like my paintings, this blog is mostly for myself.  I plan on using it to show my paintings, obviously, but also to reveal the process, explain myself, share inspirations in the form of music/stories/quotes, voice frustrations, propose ideas, state my opinion on artists/pieces of art, and pretty much anything else I want.  My wife is a pro blogger so I think I'll let take care of the blog design itself- I'll stick to painting!

So to start I'll probably post a lot about my latest two paintings and then I'll do a retrospective look at the failures- uh I mean "learning experiences" - and slight successes that got me here.
