Cows up in Logan where my wife was visiting a friend. I pulled off the road and sat in the car painting this for a half hour or so. It was a lot of fun taking my Moleskine Watercolor sketchbook out for its first 'plein air' painting. The cows were pretty settled so I thought I'd be able to draw them easily but then the ranchers came with their tractor and stirred things up. Luckily I had got the outlines in and I just assigned colors to each of them since I didn't know which ones were where.
I really like the first one. You are all those things, and that's why I love you! I'm glad you had fun painting in Logan! It looks great!
