Reclining Nude. I got a book, Drawing the Head and Figure by Jack Hamm, for Christmas and have been trying to improve my portraiture and figure painting skills. The book has tons of step by step drawings and lessons and this is one from it. It was doubly effective because I did it quickly in brush pen instead of sketching in pencil first. It's incredibly hard for me but I know I need to ditch the crutch so I'm starting to work towards that.
