A new painting... book?
So school is back in session and I don't have much time to paint, but I do have something to post. This book was my late summer project and its finally done and sitting on my coffee table. It includes all the paintings I've done in the last two years, some 20 plus oils. A lot of them are posted on this blog already, but not all. In fact I even found some that I had forgot about! Now they're all here with an introduction and accompanying descriptions for each piece. The background for the pages looks like canvas and many of the pictures take up a full 8-in x 11.5-in page. It's cool to be able to look at my paintings printed out and I had fun writing about all of them. If anyone is interested in acquiring "Learning to Paint." by Taylor Norton, feel free to comment but I'll warn you right now that its expensive. I'm not trying to make a profit, its just pricey to print and ship. The book is big, 8 inches by 11.5 inches, paperback, good quality, for $50. If you're really interested but don't want to spend that much, let me know and I'll see if I can reformat it to be smaller and cheaper.
